Role in FICCI Quality Forum

Responsible for overseeing the activities of FICCI Quality Forum, FICCI’s specialized division for training and consultancy in a wide range of areas related to quality management including ISO standards, Six Sigma, Operational Efficiency, Good Agricultural Practices, Food Safety Management Systems, Greenhouse Gas Emission Reductions, Sustainable Consumption and Production, Life Cycle Assessment and Management. In her current role, she is also leading the FICCI Alliance for Consumer Care project on building marketplace trust and enhancing the effectiveness of consumer care practices. FICCI Representation as Committee Member on multiple committees dealing with national and international standards on Quality and Sustainability.
