This training program is an effort to identify, explore and examine the key constituents of the “human side” that are critical for the success of any Quality Improvement Initiative and then initiate the process of developing those skills and attributes, which are the enablers of success. This course provides judicious mix of class room presentation, exercises, group discussion, case studies and hand on practice. Participant will be issued certificate by FICCI Quality Forum.

Eligibility

You should take this course if you want to:

  • Understand concept and philosophy of the “Human Side of Quality”
  • Identify the key constituents which will be enablers of success
  • Explore constituent factors for their application in relation to the Quality Management Principles
  • Initiate the process of developing some of the skills and attributes

Course Fee

Rs. 10,000/- per participant plus 12.36% Service Tax (Total Rs. 11,236/-).
